What that comes to

Counted how?
Active enrolments, measured monthly. A student who finishes a course stops counting; one who enrols mid-month is prorated, not charged for the whole of it.
What your students pay you
Is yours, into your own payment account. We take no percentage of tuition, and the two flows of money never meet in a report or a ledger.
Changing tier
Whenever you like, both directions, from your own billing page. Nothing is locked and there is no notice period to serve.
Leaving
Stop at the end of any billing period, with a full structured export of everything you hold — which you can take at any time anyway, without asking us.

Nothing per-feature. Every tier has the whole academic side; the tiers differ on scale, storage, and whether the AI features are on.
Setting up
Included, and done with you rather than left to you — courses, groups, staff and your own address, configured before it is handed over.
